This beech rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing biscuit dough, pizza bases and pastry sheets. It comes with removable rings that raise the rolling pin to help create the desired thickness. Simply twist off the rings you don't need and you're ready to roll. You use the pin without any rings for thinner dough.

Makes rolling out so much easier and quicker

Brilliant rolling pin. I’m no good at rolling out evenly and I have no concept of thickness and this pin makes it so easy and perfectly level at the thickness you want. Made my baking life so much easier and quicker.
