Poor quality shoes

The heel is not of good support. I just decided to wear them two weekends ago and when I was walking to the event the heel was wobbly and I also fell, therefore I was going to return the two pair I bought and I went on line to print out the receipt and it stated that the deadline for returning was 7/14/23 . Now I have shoes that I cant wear. I will not be buying shoes on line anymore
