Too Narrow-Going Back

They look nice BUT they are extremely narrow and could not even put my foot inside. So I am returning them. I was actually looking forward to these shoes because they look comfortable and the perfect heel height for me. Bought them in the Grey color (which is a good neutral) and in Navy. Neither pair of shoes fit as their width is way too narrow. I normally buy a medium width.

Good Fit

Normally this type of shoe will not fit the heel of my foot. Heels are snug and do not flop off while walking.
