Do not buy

Awful

Incorrect Width

Ordered wide width (WD) shoe only to receive narrow (NW) not once, but twice. Please update your inventory to accurately reflect what you actually have in stock and transfer that info to the store website. Narrow width was not even offered on the website and is the complete opposite of the width I need. I'm sorry my experience was not so favorable this particular time, but please do your part in making sure this doesn't happen to other customers.

Sizing off

I usually wear a 7.5. But this 7.5 was way, way, too big. Otherwise, they looked fine. Potentially comfortable. But, I couldn't really test that out. Unfortunately, I missed the 30 day return window.

Simply Chic!

Gorgeous and comfortable silver ballet flats which were just delivered and which I'm wearing right now. Very pleased that I purchased them. They are worth the money spent to buy them.

Run large

Very cute shoe but they run excessively large! I bought my usual size 12 and they were so big they were at least a size to big! I never find shoes to big and these were comically large!!

Don't buy online at Macy's

Irresponsible. Do not buy online at Macy's. They do not give you an arrival date for the merchandise and it takes them years to send it to you if they send it at all. I bought three pairs of shoes from these people and I still have not received them.
