Wrong color

I purchased the Patent Taupe, but received the Green. The funny thing is that color wasn’t on the color chart. I returned the first pair size 8.5 because they were too large. That took me over an hour in-store to return and reorder, because it’s online only. I really wanted the patent Taupe, but I don’t have the time to go through this process again, and the store was trying to make me pay for shipping again.

Gorgeous but runs big

Runs enormous

I am a size 11W, so I ordered a size 11W. The width fit comfortably, but the length of the shoe was huge. It felt sized like a men's size 11 instead of a women's size 11. I will try reordering in a size 9 or 9.5.
