SO COMFY

I am in love with these shoes! They are so comfortable that I wore them to and from Florida/NY, walking through DC airport with such amazing comfort while looking like a million bucks. They are now my full-time travel shoes!

Blister

I have many Journee shoes. To my surprise this is my first pair that gave me a blister on the top of my toe. If I could return them I would . Beautiful shoes just not too comfy.

Difficult transaction

These shoes were absolutely georgous. BUT, I ordered this same shoe, (on line), in 2 sizes to learn which size best fits. At this time, I THINK the larger size will fit best, but Macy's misshiped me two pairs of the smaller size. The shoes did not arrive at the store at the same time - which means I had to make 2 trips to the mall. And there's 3 more pairs of shoes to arrive at the mall, which means more trips to the mall. While these shoes are gorgeous, the toe box of these pointy toe requires me to size up - but its taking WAY too long to receive my order to confirm that a larger size will work for me. I can't find this manufacturer making shoes with an almond toe. The fact that these shoes aren't manufactured to my size, (toe box too narrow), and the terrible inconvenience of multiple trips to mall to get shoes at different times. Not to mention Macy's staff was unable to keep me informed about an order they didn't take ...... the whole transaction a mess. ....
