White pump with small heel

The white shoes are too wide and are supposed to be a medium. I am not satisfied with them. I love style and heel , but they are too wide on my feet. Can I get a narrow in the same shoe .

Nice Shoe! Too big.

This is a great shoe. Extremely comfortable. Only problem is that these shoes run large. I ordered a 12W and it kept slipping off the back of my foot. Went back and ordered the 11W. I would suggest if ordering in the Wide to go down a shoe size.
