I am so disappointed with this. This has never happened to me before. How can you send me an 11NW size shoe. When advertising online is 11 M and 11 W so misleading.

I ordered a 71/2 wide and received a 71/2 narrow I needed these for an event on 4/23:2025 and had to wear something else I was upset
