Diaper Bag

I am using this bag as a diaper bag, my friend had one when she had a baby and i fell in love with hers so I decided my next kid I would also get a JuJuBe bag. Her bag was alotr bigger, while this one seems smaller- yet still functional for what I need it to be. I do really like the shoulder straps and how they are comfortable and how i can change the straps to fit the type of bag I need. I do wish it was slightly bigger though
