A solid rebounding

Easy to assemble and silky bounce. I wanted something I could put together quickly. The bounce is very smooth. I opted for a smaller diameter because of my floor space and one without the bar to hold. I wasn't sure I'd regret this decision. Here's what I found: a seam runs around the edge of the circle, and it's maybe 6-8 inches wide, and when I feel my toe or heel hit it at any time, I know to adjust back to the center. I enjoy rebounding more than I could have imagined. It has brought vitality to my tired body, and I believe it is improving my balance. The elastic cord that holds the fabric "floor" is very secure. Hopefully, it will hold up over time as I'm a soft jumper and not too heavy. Highly recommend this product.

Good cardio

The JumpSport 350 Indoor Lightweight 39-Inch Heavy Duty Fitness Trampoline is probably the best thing added to the home gym. I absolutely hate cardio but I really enjoy trampoline. My calves are finally growing and are on fire every time. It’s nice for my daughter too.

Great for in home gym

I have recently added this to my in home gym. I enjoy doing different types of cardio and recently started adding jump rope to my routine. However my knees tend to start hurting quick from the impact of jumping. Using this trampoline to do my jump ropes and other jump exercises have greatly helped decrease that pain. Its sturdy and feels safe. It has good bounce to it without being overly bouncy. I feel the construction on it is very well done! Will use this for the foreseeable future!

Really Good for Exercise

I could see that this trampoline is very sturdy and good quality, but unlike those heavy ones, this is very light and convenient to move around. It makes me excited for jumping and works for many different workouts!

Well made

The JumpSport 350 fitness trampoline seems to be well made. I am 230 pounds and it holds me up fine. All I had to do when I received it was put on the legs with the supplied Allen key. You can adjust the tension to either soft or medium. I had to adjust mine to medium. It also came with a workout DVD.
