Not recommend

I bought ENA 4 a little more than month ago, but I’m home only on weekends, so I drink coffee only on weekends, it has only two types of brewing coffee, espresso and bigger size coffee, espresso is perfect, rich of flavor, taste is good, but bigger size cup about 4,5 oz, is sometimes is was good, but now it makes such a bad taste, like just a hot water with a little coffee taste, absolutely not rich taste, I don’t understand why it was ok but now is horrible, I tried to call customer service, person I spoke with (Sue 8/4/2025) was unprofessional, she could help me at all, periodically loosing her temper, I was explaining my issue and I heard she was laughing at me, I don’t understand how company like JURA can lose customers because of customer service, she wanted me to run cleaning cycle, it didn’t help. Jura also don’t have stores in NYC where I live to provide maintenance, you have to ship by mail, what happens while shipping nobody care

No drippy mess

I love that it doesn’t drip after I remove my cup. I love how creamy my espresso comes out. I love the minimalist look. So easy to use . My other coffee machines were a bit messy.

Jura ENA4

Love the coffee, but the machine is a bit tricky at first. We ended up having to watch a YouTube Video as we felt that the instructions that came with the machine were confusing.

Grandpa’s perfect new machine..

We bought this for our favorite Grandfather who loves his espresso but his beloved ancient machine had stopped working. We chose the Jura for its ease of use, stylish good looks, and to deliver the best espresso on the market. The self grinding and tapping of this machine is perfect. And our Grandpa Ioves his new machine.
