wrong size

I ordered xl and was sent XXL. apparently everyone else getting wrong size also. my polo bucket hats were perfect but kangol is wrong size

Size sent not matching size order

This would be my 3rd return on this product. Every size I order I’m sent the size above it. Ex order “L” sent “XL”. Who ever is responsible for packing should send the correct size.

They sent me the wrong size, I sent it back, they received it back and I'm still waiting for a refund. This will be my last transaction with MACYS!
