Material is nice and light for summer

These fit true to size. If you are between sizes then order up because they have no stretch and are 100% cotton. Unfortunately, I ordered the size down so they are tight in the waist and hip. I’m 5’7’ and they hit just above the knee. I was worried that the leg would be really wide like some plus size shorts, but these were not too oversized in the leg and because these have no stretch you do need some leg width to them when you sit down. The fabric is nice, light and breathable for summer… not a jean material.
