I bought 2 of these chairs because I loved the look online.When they were delivered, the top of the back on one was cracked badly, so Macy's authorized a return and sent a replacement. The replacement was also cracked, though in a different place. In addition, the seat cushion is thin and you would definitely need a pillow to give some back support, as the chair is a barrel shape and padding is lacking in this chair. I would have returned them if the time frame for returns allowed, but Macy's did credit me for the damaged items with no questions asked. All in all, pretty chair, but back legs are not as pictured (they match the 2 front legs), could use more lumbar support, Macy's great customer service when problems arose.

I thought I received the wrong chairs! I kept checking the box and my order confirmation to make sure something did not go wrong. The wood is more medium brown and less greyish colored as in the photo. The fabric is definitely not white, not off white either. It's more of an ivory/oatmeal color. Have to send back unfortunately. I love the style but it is not the same color as the photo.
