buying a second one
Have used and abused my first one for over two years (I travel bi-weekly) so I’m buying the second now. The first one is not broken it’s just been used a lot and stickered a ton at airports so I’m ready to replace her.

My dissatisfaction with this product
I love the size. Unfortunately it looks cheaply made. I was expecting more of a high end quality base on the asking price. The inner material and zip is a cheaply made. I should actually give this product a two star rating. I only give a three because of the size. The company needs to go back to the drawing board and improve on the quality of their product.
Not sturdy
The product is not high quality. One of the wheels came off during my first travel use itself. Body also looked torn off much more than expected.
Bigger is better.
If you need a large 28 “ suitcase you may put this on your list. A hard sided suitcase with ample room and easy access. I don’t usually need a large suitcase but this one will fit the criteria for my upcoming European trip. Easy to maneuver with the four spinning wheels .
