cute but…

I want to love this bag, a simple duffle with just enough pocket structure inside. it’s just not built to be used. maybe good to carrying a pillow with a set of pjs but you can’t actually park it with anything of substance. the entire handle ripped off at the seams.,, I think it just doesn’t have enough structure to balance the way weight is carried. over all extremely disappointing I expect more from Karl Lagerfeld and Macys and they got this one wrong. don’t waste your money.

It has a very nice color I loved it but I realized a few days later that it was used, I had some candies in my pocket and I began to notice that they had used it. She didn't give me time to return her, but if they see that she is like this, they put her up for sale.

poor quality

I bought this bag for my wife for Christmas. She used it twice at which point the strap ripped away. I was disappointed in the poor quality supplied by Macys and would NOT recommend this product!
