Maybe size up a half size, if offered. My heel is not hanging off but it is just at the end of the sandal.

I love my comfy Karl Lagerfeld sandals! They do run a 1/2 size big. Purchased my regular size 6 1/2 but could have went with the 6. They run slightly narrow
