Have to take stars away

I rated this silver/gray blouse earlier, but now that I have actually worn it, I must subtract from my rating. Every single drop of water or moisture causes water spots that do not go away. I got a water spot from washing my hands and it dried as a spot. Then I tried to re-dampen it with distilled water to clear it up and that just made an even bigger spot that dried with a water ring around it. If you don't eat, drink, or wash your hands this is the blouse for you.
