Fair

I purchased this dress to wear to a special occasion for Sunday. I got home Thursday evening it was delivered, excited to open , only to find the belt was missing. The belt accessory was the main reason I purchased the dress. Very disappointed, left me at the last minute scrambling to find something to wear.😡
