Damage Goods

I purchased this in the Ivory color and knew I had found the perfect rug until I unrolled it and saw that the rug was stained around the edges. I was so disappointed, because this is a beautiful rug, rich quality and looks expensive. Downfall......they didn't have a replacement I could trade it for.

perfect

Received today and very pleased with this rug. I ordered in 7'7" x 10'10" black color and it looks absolutely stunning, the colors are rich and rug is thick, feels really good under my feet. I am ordering matching runner and smaller size area rug in black. Definitely, would recommend to my friends.

Extremely disappointed

I bought 3 pieces to replace carpet on my hardwood floor entrance way. Unfortunately the carpet did not have a backing, which would scratch my floors and carpet was not the quality I expected. I am returning
