Defective.

The stitching in the crotch area was.sewed wrong so I had to return them.

Nice slacks but . . .

These slacks are nice. However, while fully lined they do not have pockets. They were listed as "straight legged" but are a full two inches wider than my others from Macy's. They are also 1 1/2 inches longer. So, while they were a good buy, after I pay for alterations, not so much. I am 5'6", 140 lbs., size 8. The fit is a bit loose.

Cream Color, not White

Returned these because I wanted stark white pants and these are more cream colored. They were also baggy in the front. The length was good which is nice for tall women.

Short Return Policy

When did Macy's move to 30 day returns? I purchased a Mother's Day gift on April 26th because it didn't to be delivered by Mother's Day (May 11th). Most items can be returned between 3 to 6 months. At a minimum I should entitled to a store credit, as the item was going to be returned for a smaller size. Now my mother is stuck with Mother's Day gift that does not fit because of a return policy that should have been highlighted at the time of purchase.

Wrong pants

The wrong pants were sent. They are a wide wide leg. I must return them to Macy’s which is irritating since I ordered them online so I wouldn’t have to make a drive to the mall.
