BROKEN again!!

Not sure of the quality of the item...but the service from MACY's is a 1. The first set of glasses I bought came broken. The second set of glasses you sent me came broken again. I asked for a refund and a new set of glasses and that was not accepted. No refund only a THIRD set of glasses to be sent. You are sending me another set of glasses, but I'm sure they will be broken again! The packaging is terrible. There's no cushioning to support them. customer service people are great. The policy is not!

Good glasses terrible delivery/customer service

Ordered 12/6. Scheduled for 12/16 delivery. 12/19 not here. Customer service was no help. “You will get it ASAP”. Seriously?
