handle gets hot and whistle very low

The teapot itself is very cute and looks nice on my stove, definitely just to be used as a decoration as the handle gets extremely hot and the whistle doesn’t really work

Kate Spade-how coould you disappoint me!

apparently THE HANDLE GETS VERY HOT AND U\YOU NEED TO USE HOT PAD TO POUR. also WHISTLE PART WAS STUCK AND ALSO GOT HOT.AS WELL. On many of their reviews.

Nice decor

This is a great looking tea kettle. I love Kate spade and the deco dot gold color.I have not actually put it on the stove for making tea therefore I do not know how well it holds up under fire.

Hot in 2 ways

Very pretty looking kettle. The only issue is that the spout lift is hot to the touch.

Disappointing

This is an adorable tea kettle. Poorly made. The handle is metal and gets very hot, the whistle is very low, barely audible. The whistle itself fell apart after a few months of daily use. The interior started to flake and peel. It IS a beautiful color of cream with gold polka dots which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Very disappointed, for a Kate Spade product.

Amazing and cute!

Absolutely beautiful! The gold polka dots are perfect for any kitchen. Wish it wasn’t so expensive but the quality is fantastic!
