Product and experience were awful!

This product broke before my daughter even got a chance to wear it …multiple pearls fell off and the clasp broke ….I went to our local Macy’s, they told me that I needed to buy insurance on it and they couldn’t return or give store credit bc it was after 30 days ……I went to Kate spade and they said that there would be a warranty if I bought it there….macys you used to be my go to but your return policy is ridiculous!!!

Perfectly Feminine for any Occasion!

Beautiful, well-made watch. I was looking for something feminine that could be worn for all occasions. This watch is perfect.

Poorly made

I purchased this watch in December . It’s a cute watch. But I wore it for the first time in March and It broke. since it is past the 30 days Macy’s won’t refund or exchange it. I was given the number for Kate Spade. They are running me around. to replace it. Do not buy this watch. You stand to waste you money!
