Not new shoes

The shoes I received were not new—possibly floor samples. When I tried to return them, the store assumed I had worn them, even though the size was incorrect and I never used them. Although the return was accepted, it was disappointing to receive shoes in this condition. BTW these shoes run small; my usual size is 8, but I had to return them and order a size 9.

So beautiful and Comfortable!

These shoes matched my dress so perfectly I couldn’t have asked for a better match. The shoes are wide enough for even my feet where I have had surgery on they didn’t pinch. They are stable and comfortable to walk in, and I don’t wear heels enough to be a considered a professional at wearing them. I even bought them in black.

Super Comfy

Bought this shoe on a whim liked the look and the nude/blush color that would go with everything. The shoe is very comfortable I was very pleasantly surprised. Since I stopped working in an office I don't wear heels anymore and so I struggle when I have to. Wore shoes for 4 hours and never felt anything was comfort.

Got a worn shoe

The shoe is very beautiful, I ordered it the first time and it was delivered to the wrong address by laser ship Then it was resolved via macys customer service, they agreed to send me another pair but it was a worn shoe with visible used mark. I am very disappointed, but I don’t have time to return them because the event I brought them for was in a couple days. If the merchandise is worn, it should be at a discounted price, not full retail price. That is unfortunate that I am stuck with it.
