Kate spade

My shoes arrived today and I really love. No question. But the pair I got definitely looks like its alr been worn. And returned. Disappointing as it was meant to be a gift. Have to return and maybe buy another pair. Hopefully the next one will not look used.

Billing Error

When I bought these shoes for my Izabella I was told I would get an extra 30 percent off if I opened an Macy American Express Card which I did on that day However we had to bring the first pair back because they had a damage on then . we proceeded to order another pair but on the bill I received did not get the extra 30 percent off because I was told the promotion was over . Not my fault first pair was damaged Please allow me an extra 30 percent off on my next purchase from your store What’s fair is fair Thank you
