Broken chain

This was retaged and shipped to me with a broken chain. Retag receipt was in with the necklace, not very good look for Macys

Kendra Scott necklace.

Bought this for my Granddaughter and had it sent directly to her at her college. She was thrilled with it and has worn it every day since. It arrived on the day it was suppose to. I was very happy with Macys service.
