Empty envelope!

I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas and only an open envelope was received. Ups is unfortunately stealing packages and delivering empty envelopes at the door then taking pictures hard to dispute.

Do not believe or trust availability timing

Didnt arrive in time, couldn't return, couldn't exchange. False advertisement on arrival time before christmas. Was unable to give as christmas present. Very disappointed.
