excellent quality but smaller than expected

This is a beautiful briefcase but not as roomy as I expected. It fits my laptop and a coulple of small files but that's about it.

Nice Bag with one Big Flaw

I really did like this bag and the quality of the leather is outstanding. The Stitching is good from what I can see. The Strap is not all leather but its very sturdy. The Top handle is firm. Inside, there is a compartment for the laptop, which is padded very well and there is another insert to put in a tablet that is like the size of an Ipad 9.7" It's a pretty room bag and there is room enought carry other things as well as your laptop charging cords etc. The reason why I gave it 1 star is that the latch was defective and it it was coming apart when I had just barely had the bag for a week. I emailed Kenneth Cole to their warranty and they did reply however, that was it and no more replies. After a few days, I decided to return back to Macys. It's really too bad because, the design of the bag and leather quality was good but bad in the closing latch. I really wanted to like it. Also, I was not too happy with Kenneth Coles customer service.
