Refund

I am writing this review/complaint because I have called multiple times about getting a refund for an item I did not receive and each time I am told I will receive an email and a refund on the item and I have yet to receive it. I go through the same process each time, and still haven't receive my refund

Poor Quality

I love the look of these boots. They're comfortable, and they fit great. However, after less than a dozen wears, the glued section on the top of the ankle has started to separate. Because of the quality issues, I wouldn't recommend or repurchase them.

No calf stretch

These boots are beautiful and feel comfy but they are not made for woman with wide calves. The boot barely went up. So I will be sending them back asap.

Gorgeous boot

These boots are well made and great quality but I had to return because I couldn’t zip up my calf. I would have loved a wide calf option over 15. Sad I had to return but Macy's return policy is excellent.

poor quality

3 time I’m used and today I looked the lining is peeling off, that has never happened to me with new shoes, This means that the quality is not good.

Color is amazing, size fit great. Calves are larger but these zipped right up

Run a full size small

Really nice boots but unfortunately I had to return because they run small. I'm always a size 8, but even with thin socks they were way too small.
