Nice Shoe but the packaging very much lacking

The shoes I ordered were the champagne in 7M. The shoes arrived in a oversized box with a band around it inside of a Macy's recycle bag. Shock and surprise is what I got when I opened the box. Now, first It took 4 days to get the shoes I paid extra to mail to have them by the wedding day on Saturday THIS Saturday. The shoes must have slid all over the box or someone had them before. It look like the coloring was rubbed off. I attribute it to poor packaging allowing the shoes to side around during shipping. Smh. The office is closed and all the 7Ms are out and the sale isn't on. I have to wear these on Saturday. Come on Macy's I cannot believe Kenneth Cole would allow his shoes to be shipped so shoddily and if so, I won't be buying anymore of them.

Beautiful shoe but....

Beautiful looking shoe. I gave it 4 stars because the end of the heel was put on crooked. I was able to straighten it out my self. But quality assurance should have caught that
