Dude I was literally expecting leather but it came with material like a backpack is this false advertisement 😣!!!

NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM

Still hasn’t arrived after over 2 weeks. Was initially held up by USPS for over a week because of insufficient postage.

Do not buy this.

I purchased this for my husband for his new job. He used it for less than 3 months, and it started ripping. He only used it for his personal laptop and pens. The handles started tearing from the bag. Unfortunately, I was not able to return it. Save your money. Look for something else.

Weak material and quality.

Minimal usage of the bag and the shoulder strap buckles/leather is already tearing and fraying. It happened only using the bag 10 times since purchase date. Quality is flawed. Would not recommend.

Not durable, I used it for less than a month. I only put my laptop on there with a few other smaller items & the strap started tearing up.

The worst product I have ever bought from online Macy's. It tore on the 2nd day of use. I just carried one laptop on it. I checked out as a guest and wrote an email about the issues. I have yet to hear back from the seller. Say no to this product. Deserves zero stars.
