Horrible

I ordered the boots 10 days ago and still have not recieved them despite the system telling me they would be here in 6 days. To make it worse, UPS just awnt me a notification that the boots will not be here until January 6th. God forbid they were a Christmas present and not for myself. I had intended to wear them for an outing on New Years Eve, but clearly that is not going to happen. You want a review of a product I have never used because Macy's took 5 days to create a shipping order then, instead of rushing the package for shipping so it falls within their promised parameters, they used the slowest shipping and cost effective means to get the product here. Forget the customers expectations of fulfilling and order as promised. I will never use this method again.

Looks great! Takes a while to break in because of the leather but overall a great leather boot!
