Bad service, didn’t included pants

The product arrived incomplete, it didn’t had the pants and customer service lie to me saying that the product was only jacket. Other people I know had ordered and included the pants

Sizing is all wrong.

Ordered 2 of these suits in sizes 36S and 38S to try for fit (for an upcoming wedding in April). Both pants’ sizing are off. The 36S pants (more like a size 40) is way bigger than the 38S, whereas the 38S pants is a previously returned item as its length had been shortened and was stitched at the hem. Other than the pants sizing problems, the suit look nice. Hence a 2 star review. Will be returning these 2. Have re-ordered another 36S and 38S.

Excellent solution

Very nice tuxedo you might need to go up one size from your regular suit size because it’s a slim fit. if you have issue after delivery, it’s very easy to return it to any Macy’s store and re-order the right size.
