Total disappointment

After receiving this I noticed that it got stuck at the same time every day. The hands were obviously bent or something. I returned it to Macy’s and have yet to receive a credit after several months of waiting and calling CS and chatting online with an associate. So I got burned twice by one watch.

Doesn't work as advertised

Watch looks and feels nice. However the subdials DO NOT work. I returned it to macys but the second watch also does not work. The advertisement says multifunction. Well it isn't and I am returning this one also. Very disappointed.

Not a good product - Heavy - Sub-dials doesnt work

Quality of this watch is very bad. Its cheaply made and looks fake. Subdials doesn't work and there is no shine (new feeling) with it. It didn't came with any warranty card. There was dust in the box. Packing was bad too. Watch is very large and heavy. it you have small wrist it will not be a good idea. SUB-DIALS Doesn't work - It was not mentioned in the description when I bought it. This is one of the reason I am returning it. Who would spend money to buy non functioning Sub-dials when you can actually get functioning sub dials for same price in other brands like Tommy and Fossil. I would not recommend any Kenneth Cole REACTION watches. I bought 2 at the same time and I am returning both for the same reason.

It's average

Not the best watch I bought. The watch itself is very nice but the belt feels very fake and rough and not so smooth but for the price it's good.
