don’t do it.

The worst. One trip and the telescoping handle on the carry on totally fell apart. Didn’t check used appropriately. So disappointed with the brand.

I have always bought these suitcases, I believed a lot in the company and its quality, on the first trip, when I took the suitcase from the airport security belt I was left with the support in my hand I went to Macys to change it, but to my surprise they did not change my suitcase, they told me that it is the Kenneth Cole company that must give the guarantee and they do not respond to the emails that I have sent, in conclusion none of the parties attended and solved my fair complaint

Handle trouble

I received my bags June 5, 2024 and before I was able t even check my bag with the airline, my handle broke off my 28" bag. I was removing it from my trunk and had no time to drive home and switch it out. the over bad held up nicely during the flight though.
