Plastic & awful

These are probably the cheapest made, most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever purchased. Look nothing like the pictures. Seriously ugly shoes that I’d never buy had I seen in person and tried on in person. Definitely will be returning. So disappointed because online they look beautiful

Kenneth Cole Reaction Womans Ballet Shoes

Absolutely the WORST shoes I have ever bought - the WORST! Not even a (1). I cannot believe such a reputable store such as Macy*s would carry these. They are so hard and uncomfortable - plastic like - horrible. Thought I'd try -- but will stick to leather, although some non-leather shoes aren't bad. These are. Nice look, but not worth the uncomfortableness. Can't send back - threw the box away. Oh well - what to you expect for inexpensive shoes.

Beautiful but flawed

The shoes are absolutely gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. But one of them is too long. Never before had this problem, so I know my feet are not the problem. I wanted to keep the shoes, so I bought a heel cushion insert for the larger one.
