I love these shoes!

These shoes are comfortable, fit right, and have great arch support. I wear them all day without issue. They go well with both casual and smart clothing. I absolutely love them.

Problem with Macys customer service

this item was picked up and returned! I have spent too much time on the phone trying to correct this - to no avail! Why is Macys customer service not correcting this issue???
