Kenneth Cole Reaction Disappointment

It seems no one at Kenneth Cole tried these on for fit. I have a narrow foot and still could not get these on without them pinching on all sides. The back strap has no elastic, so the fit is uncomfortable as well. It was very disappointing to have to return them. I really liked the look.
