Hip look but HUGE

I wear 9.5 or 10 consistently (never smaller). Ordered 9.5 - HUGE. Need a 9, or dare I say, smaller!? I have narrow feet, and these were wide. Quality is decent, probably comfortable (if they fit). Break in fast - just walked 20ft the a mirror and you could already see creases. They do look hip and are snug on the ankles. (Curious if the elastic loosens w/ time?) Unfortunately, returning.

Still have not received them

The first order I received were a pair of size 11 slip on heels. I called customer service and was advised to bring them to UPS to return them...not fair because it was not my mistake, come pick them up! and it has been over a week since I talked to customer service to rectify the order. I still have not received the boots that I originally ordered on December 31, 2025. So no stars for you!
