"Premium" Rug Pad

The rug pad was advertised as the company's "premium" rug pad. When we opened the package and examined it, we found it to be pretty thin -- a lot thinner and less cushiony than our current rug pad. If this was supposed to be a "premium" rug pad, we can't even imagine how thin their regular/non-premium rug pad would be. We returned the "premium" rug pad and kept our own rug pad.

Dusappointed

Disappointed in the rug (not well represented in the online picture) and the pad was too big even though it was supposedly for a rug the size of the one we ordered

excellent experience

I purchased an area rug and pad. The salesman who assisted us was exemplary! He assisted us in his knowledge of product and moved 20 other rugs so we could see the one we purchased it was buried in a pile He provided us with his information for our future pick up and preparation of the rug and pad for transport.
