Great Machine Great Performance Great Taste
Great Machine. This is my fourth Keurig, and by far the best one yet. How long will it last with the fancy technology? Who knows, but so far it works flawlessly, including recognizing the reusable filters. Also, each strength option is exactly what it is supposed to be. Also we love the look of this machine. It takes up the same space as the KSelect but holds slightly more water and has the frother. Very nice design. Cons? Yes. This machine can do a lot. Having to research every instruction online nowadays is not uncommon but including a user manual would be nice.

The warranty process was easy and fast
My Smart Coffee Maker broke and had to use the standard warranty. The process was fast and easy. I got the replacement one after a week. The new one looks as good as the one I bought the first time. I hope it least long. Great service!
