I refused shipment of this item. It's sitting on the dock in Georgia waiting to be sent to your warehouse. I got this items elsewhere for less money and quicker access. The one I have works great

Disappointed
I had the 2.0 for years and it stopped working. 12 years old. I brought this one and was really spoiled with the 2.0

Efficient but not hot enough.
While efficient, just doesn't make coffee hot enough, unlike the K-Classic it replaced.

Wobbly/Slow
We had a Keurig Slim previously and decided to change it up. This one is wobbly. Seems like the bottom is bulged in the middle. Also the slim we never had to wait for water to pre heat. This one takes quite a bit to heat and have to wait between cups. Would not get this model again. I don’t know why the heating is not consistent between models.

Leaking brewer
While this brewer consistently makes a good cup of coffee, it leaks from the bottom each time we refill the water reservoir. This has been an issue with previous Keurig brewers as well. We’ve replaced them 3 different times under warranty and this time elected to purchase a different model. Same problem.
