Stylish not perfect
I bought this a month ago and it is everything it advertised. I love its style, it's fairly quiet, and it's efficient. My only regret is that you must lift the lid to fill it so you can see the max line. If it's hot and steamy you can scald yourself. Because the capacity is not huge I do often top up and boil more so it is risky. If it had an outside marker I could refill via the spout much more safely.

Okay kettle for the price.

Disappointed
I have had the kettle for a few months and hoped the base unit would loose it very plasticity smell when you have boiled the kettle but it hasn't. The base the kettle is on is made of very lightweight rubbish plastic, cheap and nasty and lets the whole kettle down, would've expected more from kitchenaid.

First Kitchen Aid Product. Love it!
Haven’t had it long but it feels very solid & I personally like the lack of bells and whistles. The smaller size is working out well as I would always overfill previous kettles. The pour is really nice. Lid easy to get on and off, although Im mostly a spout filler. It’s not noisy either. Fingers crossed it lasts longer than previous kettles!
