I feel like I’m an Italian now!

Pasta roller

Homemade pasta tastes so much better than shop bought dried pasta. A little more advice on how to use the rollers would be appreciated. Tried videos and written info which was great. Luckily I had used a hand roller before. Didn’t knead the pasta by machine as I prefer to mix and knead by hand.
