Disappointed customer
When setting oven temp or the timer the #3 does not work. We feel the burner temp runs high as we can have the stove knob on low & the pot is still boiling. It is VERY HARD to read the settings on the knobs/ temperatures. Almost have to shine a light on the knobs to see the temperature settings. The glass top is not sealed on left rear side. When the timer goes off you really have to pay attention to listening for it as it only beeps once & then it beeps again but it is not very soon. When opening the oven door it sounds like the glass is going to break. We used the Aqua-Lyft for only a couple of spots & the spots were still there when finished with the cleaning. We had an Electrolux before & we never had that kind of problem with anything in the 16 1/2 years we had the stove. For someone who likes to cook it is painful to use this stove!

Great range, great features
After a painstaking review of different ranges, I bought this about a month ago and while I'm still adjusting, I really like it. My previous range had two ovens (which is not nearly as great as it sounds) and warmed up faster so I'm adjusting to how long it takes an oven of this size to preheat. Getting perfect results, love the pull-out rack too. Also love that the digital controls can be locked when not in use. Baking drawer is a little shallow, so that was a little disappointing; casserole dishes just aren't going to fit but otherwise it's a great feature. If the baking drawer were a little deeper I'd give it five stars.

Heats quickly and evenly
I've been cooking on this range for about a month now, and it's great! I am a gas fan, and because my new home has electric only, I was worried that I wouldn't like the cooktop or oven. I was wrong - the stove heats up SO FAST, faster than any stove I've ever had. The oven does take more time than usual to heat up, but it cooks food fast and evenly. I'd recommend this range to anyone. I wouldn't recommend cleaning with a microfiber cloth, though! That was my mistake, but we were able to remove residue with a blade.

Good appliance
Burners heat fast but seem to have some difficulty at midrange settings. Good oven with great visibility. Really like the appearance and control panel. Ceramic cooktop is hard to clean.

Modern device with lots of features
Haven’t had a great deal of time to evaluate this appliance but like it a great deal so far. Very modern appearance. Burners heat rapidly. Convection oven conversion software works well and easy to use. Wife likes secondary oven on the bottom.

Overall a good range. The cook surface is tough to keep clean and shows everything. Disappointed that Kitchenaid doesn’t offer a trim kit that fits the dimensions of the range, side pieces too short, no longer option. The touchpad is very sensitive, when you lean over to grab cookwear on the back burners or reach the back of the range to clean often activate one of the oven/range settings, need to be careful.
