Great mixer but potential issue
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The machine works great overall but we seem to be having an issue with the locking mechanism for the head. When kneading bread doughs the head unlocks itself and starts moving around.

Efficient, easy to use

Its ok for incorporating ingredients not kneading
If you are using this to do light mixing it works great. If you are going to be kneading dough this is the worst mixer! The bowl does not stay locked in nor does the hook unless u are kneading on ehe lowest setting. My bowl kept coming out of the base. Had to hold it tye entire time even on a low setting. F9r the amount of money spent this should not be happening.

Love all the mixing options
