Will leak all over your fridge
When gifted this I was so excited to begin using it! Worked well for about two months until it started leaking! I tried the deep cleaning and insuring everything was tight but the spout still drips. It's a shame that it leaks because I really liked this product but unfortunately cannot use it anymore.

Leaky!!!
Love this cold brewer in concept- looks great, can leave it on the counter- but there is a persistent leak at the bottom where the plastic drain meets the glass,no matter how much I tighten it, and it winds up leaking out completely. Great looks, poor design/construction for a pricey item.

So easy to use and fits perfectly in our fridge. It’s the best!

Leaky maker
I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. It was great the first few months and then it started leaking all over my fridge. I did check the valve and it was closed but something was wrong with it. I’m really disappointed and so was my daughter.

Got this product twice…both leaked everywhere
This was gifted to me for my birthday and I was so excited. Really wanted to love it. It immediately began leaking all over the refrigerator. Despite the tap being fully in the closed position, it dripped constantly. I reached out to Kitchen Aid and to their credit, they sent me a replacement unit. Except that unit leaks worse than the first one. I just opened my fridge to find about half an inch of standing coffee in the vegetable drawer. I’m sick of cleaning up after this thing and of eating food that smells like coffee. Absolutely do not recommend.

The coffee is great, but i can’t figure out how to get the spout to stop leaking.
