Convenient!!! Revolutionary

This might be a little dramatic to say that this machine has changed my life!! However, I love that I can fill it with beans and water and espresso myself happy for days in a row. This sure beats having to set up the coffee maker every night before bed and awake to hohum coffee or to have to dip out espresso on the stove top and wait for the water to boil. I can stumble down the stairs partially asleep, press a few buttons (although the buzzing noise is a bit jarring to the sleeping family so I close the kitchen door- only for about 10 seconds) and voila my espresso is ready !!! I have tried the milk frother a few times but I’m mostly happy to receive the caffeine. My mornings have drastically improved. This is my favorite thing in a long time!! Get one now!!

Mediocre espresso machine

I really wanted to love this espresso machine. It seems sturdy and very well made but after using it, there are some flaws. The bean grinder right on the machine works wonders! I do love that. Now with the pour of the espresso, that's another story. It seems that it doesn't matter which setting you set, you're going to get an amount of espresso, whether it's a single or double is a gamble. It never gives the same amount, or the right amount twice. The pressure gauge hasn't worked since day 1 out of the box. And the milk frother/steamer is great too!

Solid machine for at home use

Overall a great machine if you like the experience of packing your own grind and making espresso the traditional way. I had a little trouble getting the pressure just right, but the machine does not disappoint. I love that it has built in storage for the different size cups so you don’t need to keep the accessories far out of reach in another drawer in the kitchen. It looks great on the counter and is a quality machine made with quality materials that do not feel cheap what so ever. KitchenAid did it again with this piece and it matches great next to the stand mixer.

The Perfect Home Espresso Machine

By far the best espresso machine for the money. It could very well be the best machine out there for home use. There’s not a single thing that I can find wrong with it after 1.5 months of daily use between two people. There hasn’t been a time where I said it would be better if it had this or that, they included everything and all of the parts are designed to be stored internally. It’s extremely easy to clean using the built in frother (it works off of steam). Since it uses steam I’m able to get a thorough clean of everything. It has a pressure gauge that shows optimum pressure for pulling your shots, and you can get your perfect shot by playing around with different grind settings, how hard you tamp the grounds, and which of the 4 included stainless steel filter plates you choose. It also comes with a recipe book with TONS of drinks you can make with this machine, I’ve been making Iced lattes at home every morning and it’s awesome doing it myself! I’ve recommended this machine to multiple family members and friends and they all love it as well. I’m super happy with it, they really did a great job designing this machine/set.

Loving my coffee time even more now!

I love my kitchenaid espresso machine, it makes very nice rich coffee with full flavour. It froths milk very well which is perfect for my lattes. I enjoyed experimenting and learning all settings and now I know how to make my perfect coffee! Loving it!

Excellent All-In-One Espresso Setup — Quiet, Styli

I’ve been using the KitchenAid Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. The built-in burr grinder is whisper-quiet compared to most machines, and the anti-static design keeps the counter surprisingly clean. The Smart Dosing knob makes it easy to dial in the right amount of grounds without much guesswork, and the shots come out rich, creamy, and full-bodied once you find your preferred grind and tamp pressure. The steam wand is strong enough to produce silky microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos, and the machine itself looks beautiful on the counter — it has that solid, modern KitchenAid design that fits perfectly in any kitchen. It’s also compact and easy to move when cleaning, which I didn’t realize would be so handy. Compared to the Breville Barista Express (which I’ve used before), the KitchenAid runs quieter and feels a bit more refined in day-to-day use. The Breville might still have a slight edge in long-term consistency and community support, but for anyone who values quieter operation and a clean, premium look, this KitchenAid holds its own — and then some. If you’re looking for an all-in-one espresso setup that blends performance, design, and ease of use, this one’s a winner.
