Amazing Kitchenaid attachment to my mixer.
Broken attachment
We bought the attachment only used it twice and it broke. Unfortunately it was past the time to return because it’s not an everyday appliance. Really disappointed!

grates perfectly
produces very even grating, shredding etc and is easy to clean very happy

Horrible slicer/shredder
The absolute worst product ever. I got this as a gift and tried it and the food, I tried both raw vegetables and cheese. They got stuck in the shredding blade and between the barrel that the blades fit into. I love all 3 of my kitchenAde mixers but this fresh prep slicer is trash!

It cracked!
I bought mine in Dec. 2023, and have made maybe 6-8 batches of ice cream in it. It's great. Easy to use, easy to clean. BUT - it cracked! I took it out of my freezer to make ice cream for Thanksgiving, and once it started up I noticed a leak. Luckily, I was able to get my ice cream made, but I had to keep a towel under it to catch all the leakage, and now it's useless. I live alone - so no kids or anyone but me has ever handled this item. I've never dropped it, I only ever handwash it, and my freezer is normal - not a deep freeze. And, like I said, I haven't even used it that much. So I'm really disappointed that it cracked. Especially since I need to make some homemade ice cream for a dinner I'm hosting in a month!

Handmade Patties
Have you wanted to make your own sausages... but didn't want to give up your career in finance, as a 6"5', blue eyed trust fund baby to start an apprenticeship as a butcher. Then boy oh boy, do i have a product for YOU! After a friend told me about him making his own sausages at first i thought, 'you know what, thats silly', but then i really thought, 'oh, how cool would it be to have crazy cured hot spicy sausages freshly made.' Or make amazing mixxed patties for burgers with either beef tallow or marrow. This does as advertised and if your partner has a Kitchen Aid, this will be an easy addition for a gift to you. Or use Male economics, youll lose money by not making your own sausages and patties.
